September’s General Membership meeting on

Monday, August 31, 2009

An invitation to the Mayor has been extended to attend the regular noon meeting

Informational meetings will be every two hours during the day
(8, 10, 12, 2, 4, 6, and 8)
PPA Board members will be available throughout the day to answer any questions

The PPA is still waiting for the final proposal from the City

Any vote taken regarding the City’s proposal will be from
0800 hours to 2100 hours at the PPA
NOT voting doesn’t count as any vote (yes or no)

In accordance with the Bylaws, retirees and fair share members can attend but cannot vote

Pizza will be served at the NOON General Membership meeting on a first come/first serve basis
